We believe People Matter and everyone has a part to play. Whether you already know where you’d like to serve or you simply want to share your skills, gifts, or interests, we’d love to hear from you.

🙌 Sunday Services & Production

Multimedia Team – Help create and share videos, maintain our website, and manage social media updates.
Production – Operate Sunday media PC, streaming equipment, and sound desk to support services.
Musicians – Play an instrument for Sunday services or special events.
Singers – Lead the congregation in worship through song.
Signing Interpreters / Deaf Ministry – Provide sign language interpretation during services and events.
Welcome Team Member – Greet people, offer information, and help newcomers feel at home.
Prayer Team

🎉 Events

Christmas Carols – Assist with planning, setup, music, hospitality, and welcoming at our annual Carols event.
Church Camp Organising Team – Help plan, coordinate, and run our church camp.
Alpha – Support hospitality, discussion groups, and setup for our Alpha course.
Event Set up and Packdown – Assist with preparing spaces for events and returning them to normal afterwards.
Decorating – Create inviting spaces for events and services with decorations and displays.

🧒 Children & Youth Ministries

Creche Leaders – Care for our youngest children during services.
Pre-school Leaders – Lead activities and Bible teaching for preschool-aged children.
Grove Kids Leaders – Teach, lead games, and encourage primary-aged children in their faith.
Grove YTH & Belair Youth Leaders – Mentor and support youth through programs, games, and Bible studies.
Mainly Music – Help in various aspects of run sessions for young children and their carers, building connections in our community through musical fun!
Stoked – Support a mid-week kids club for primary-aged children.
Holiday Club – Help lead games, crafts, and Bible teaching for children during school holidays.

🛡️ Safe Ministry & Compliance

WHS Team Members – Help ensure our church facilities and activities are safe and meet WHS requirements.
Safe Church Team Member – Promote and oversee safe ministry practices in line with church policies.
Evacuation Marshalls – People ready and able to help each week in case of emergency.

📂 Support & Administration

Finance Team Member – Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight.
Admin Support – Provide practical help with office tasks, communication, and organisation.

☕ Hospitality

Kitchen Team Leader – Coordinate hospitality for events and Sunday morning tea.
Kitchen Team Member / Morning Tea – Prepare and serve refreshments.
Meals Ministry – Prepare and deliver meals to support those in need.

🏡 Facilities & Grounds

Gardeners (Garden Grove Community Garden) – Maintain and develop our community garden space.
Maintenance – Assist with general repairs and upkeep of church property.
Mowing – Keep our lawns neat and tidy.
Cleaning (on occasions) – Help keep our facilities clean and ready for use.
Painting / Redecorating – Freshen up spaces with painting and minor improvements.

🤝 Community Outreach

Care Packs – Help collect, pack, and distribute care packs to local schools.
SRE Teachers – Teach Scripture in local schools, sharing the message of Jesus.
Serve Our City – Volunteer with other local organisations.
